Canary™ Whistleblowing System (Canary™) is a third-party ethics hotline provider that enables the safe, secure, and anonymous reporting of activities involving misconduct, fraud, abuse, and other violations of company policies. Canary™ also offers case management service, which provides clients with notifications, analysis and reporting management.

We are committed to create a safe, secure and ethical work environment. The reports made in the hotline and associated investigatory records will remain confidential.

We offer our whistleblowing services for all companies and institutions located in Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand.

Secured Website Form

We provide our clients a secured and dedicated website for whistleblowers. All the reports are accessible by customers but Integrity Asia guarantees the anonymity of whistleblowers, under the following options:

  1. The whistleblower can be contacted for additional information and he/she does not place any restriction on the release of his/her contact information.
  2. The whistleblower can be contacted for additional information, but his/her name is kept confidential and is not shared with our client.
  3. The whistleblower chooses to remain anonymous and it is not necessary for him/her to fill out the contact information.
Text Message

The whistleblower has the option to report a case via SMS to Canary™  Whistleblowing Hotline.

Our team will contact the whistleblower and write down his/her testimony on our Secured Website Form

Phone / Fax

Phoning in or sending fax messages are common ways that whistleblowers choose to report fraud and/or any illegal activity. Our hotline operators are trained and ready to receive incoming reports . All calls are recorded and linked to our Case Management System.

Postage Mail

Canary™ Whistleblowing Hotline provides clients a postage mail channel. The whistleblower can send a mail to the address set on the Secured Website or on the Mobile App.

Our operators will process the case and will report it on the Secured Website.

Mobile App

Using the latest mobile technology, Canary™ Whistleblowing has developed a matrix mobile application on Android smartphone. The Application is synchronized to our Secured Website System and allows the whistleblower to make a report anytime as well as upload photos, videos or  voice recordings.
